Hotel Henri New York

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Manhattan. We were able to easily walk to all the famous attractions and shops on 5th Avenue. The staff here were absolutely amazing and provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make us feel special, even upgrading our room and leaving champagne and fruit for our honeymoon. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed including Wi-Fi, a safe, and a TV. The restaurant and bar on-site were also fantastic, serving delicious food and drinks. the hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly luxurious.

There were no negative aspects to our stay at this hotel. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience.

We stayed at Hotel Henri for a weekend getaway and had an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, putting roses on our bed in the shape of a heart and providing a personalized card. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the staff made sure our rooms were next to each other. We will definitely be back!

I loved this hotel! The location was perfect - near many cool restaurants and in a quiet area, but also right near the Flatiron area of the city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the use of the Equinox Fitness Club. The room was very clean and the shower worked great.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was fantastic and short walk to bars, restaurants & sights as well as those in Midtown. Stylish room, fabulously friendly, knowledgeable staff.

We had a comfortable stay during our weekend. The hotel had a central location and it was within walking distance of Flatiron Building.

I appreciated every detail about my really great 3 nights stay here. The hotel room was tidy with comfortable bed. The restaurant was nice and its excellent dishes are to die for.

The hotel was conveniently located and had complimentary hot beverages in the lobby. I accidentally left behind a personal item, but the staff were really nice too ship it to me promptly at no extra charge. I had a great stay and would recommend Henri.

The staff was cute and accommodating, especially towards my service animal. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to popular neighborhoods and attractions. The rooftop bar was a highlight, providing fine views and a great atmosphere.

Everything seemed perfect, helpful staff, immaculate rooms. Our room had a comfy bed and a lovely view. Besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Madison Square Park. The good onsite restaurant had plenty of food.

The rooms were spacious and had modern decor. The beds were large and very comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, with key attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the rooftop bar was a cool feature, offering great views of the city.

The housekeeping service was subpar, with beds not being made and fresh towels not provided unless requested. Some staff members were rude and unhelpful, particularly when it came to misplaced luggage.

Had nice stay iN ADVANCE, the staff were accommodating, location was perfect and close to everything. The room was fashionable with a balcony and the bathroom, as for instance, could leave my car nearby. They provided plenty of excellent choices for breakfast that was included.

Reliable hotel, facilities were good and the staff were professional. Individual room and lovely communication with the staff. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

The place is cute little and trendy boutique. Full cooked breakfast with plenty of choices. Central location, not too far away from A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper.

Very good location. The terrace very good for a beer in the evening. The bed very comfortable.

bathroom facilities can be improved. There is no bide and shower is fixed on the wall, you can't take the tap. Not very practical for women. We took 2 rooms, outside is very noisy.

The location in the city is ideal, in the heart of Manhattan . Many subway lines in the vicinity of the hotel . Pleasant and available reception staff . Very comfortable bedding (Kingsize bed room) and spacious bathroom.

Poorly insulated rooms, a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms or the corridor ... . Woke up at 5am by the note slipped under the door in a not very discreet way .

The hotel is in the perfect location, right off the square and within easy walking distance to key touristy areas. The hotel is also conveniently located near multiple subway lines, making getting around the city easy. We loved being near the restaurant and other nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. The staff members were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the fast and free Wi-Fi. The room cleaning service was excellent and we enjoyed the complimentary water, tea, and coffee.

One aspect of the continental breakfast could use improvement, but luckily there are other nearby options to explore.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the top bedding is very comfortable.

Room not corresponding to my reservation following my complaint the personnel did not appreciate, but I had a corresponding room.level cleanliness room floor little cleaned towel little changed and to finish the barman always had difficulty to return my change I had to claim several times after each order (he said to me that he owed me nothing whereas he owed me approximately 10$ an error I agree but there three times c of the swindle).

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated in the Flatiron area, close to all the sights you'd want to see in New York for a short break. Additionally, it is conveniently located right in midtown, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and responsive, providing excellent service. There is also a penthouse bar with a decent view, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Some guests have mentioned small issues with the facilities, such as a non-working light, malfunctioning coffeemaker, and a refrigerator that doesn't cool as desired.

The treatment of the staff, of Diana in particular. She's a lovely person and a great professional. She made sure that our stay was wonderful at all times. On the other hand, the location is incredible to be able to go anywhere on foot.

There was construction noise in the building across the street.

Bedding, too soft. Daily cleaning of the room is unfortunately done lightly. Our dirty glasses stayed 3 days in the same state to name but a few!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable in this great area, as it is within walking distance of major NY sights. It is situated in Hells Kitchen area of Manhattan, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The service was exceptional and we loved the room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, in-room safe, and free toiletries. The TV had plenty of channels and the wifi in rooms was reliable. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were elegant and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff here was always friendly, especially at the reception desk.

We would definitely recommend this place to all.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a few steps away from a metro station and several good restaurants.

We were not warned of the difficult access due to closed streets around the hotel. While we contacted them to ask for their help, nothing was done to help us.

Comfortable room, with window to the street. Free hot chocolate service on very cold days Roof top with tables and chairs to relax after a day's walk. Unbeatable location. The staff was very attentive and kind all the time.

They didn't make room service every day we were there. The room curtain was broken.
